World renowned Chef, Daniela Soto-Innes, who already received a James Beard Award for Rising Chef, just made headlines winning the title of World’s Best Female Chef and at 28 years old, she is the youngest female to ever win!
We can celebrate the fact that she has Texas ties! Daniela moved to Texas from Mexico City, at the age of 12. She formally trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, then went on to hold her first restaurant job in Houston.
Soto-Innes is now Chef and Partner of Cosme in Manhattan and Atla in New York’s NoHo district and is launching her first LA restaurant in the near future. PROVECHO!
